Descripción

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead accounting, financial, treasury, and tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, financial controls, audits, and process improvement initiatives to maintain operational efficiency and financial integrity.
  • Manage and develop the finance and administration team, providing leadership and supporting the company's overall financial and business objectives.



Perfil buscado

A successful Accounting and Finance manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4-5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, financial management, treasury, and taxes.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Leadership experience and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Results-driven professional with a strong desire for long-term growth and increased responsibility.
