We are seeking a support specialist for the day-to-day operation, administration, and stability of selected enterprise platforms. These resources will work as part of the support function and will be responsible for operational support activities, user assistance, issue resolution, queue monitoring, platform health monitoring, and routine administration.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the platforms, handling incidents and user requests, monitoring support queues, tracking application health, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine administrative tasks.

    The primary technologies involved include:
    • Atlassian: Jira, Confluence, and Crowd.
    • DevOps / SCM: GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory/Xray.
    • ALM: Micro Focus ALM (AQM) and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).


Perfil buscado

  • Atlassian platform support, including Jira, Confluence, and Crowd
  • SCM and DevOps tool support, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, JFrog, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Application support and platform operations
  • System administration
  • Incident and request management
  • User-facing support and issue ownership
  • English level: Advanced/Fluent bilingual English required (written and spoken).
