  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base in the Life Science industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Perfil buscado

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, technical marketing, or commercial management.
  • Experience in consultative sales, focusing on project-based solutions rather than products
  • Proven skills in sales, business development, and managing specialized technical portfolios.
  • Experience managing clients in the f&b, beauty & care and/or industrial industry.
  • Desirable experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, healthcare, or specialty ingredients industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly hunter profile
