  • Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
  • Monitor cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Perfil buscado

A successful BU Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • 5 years of experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, others) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
