  • Coordinate and manage technology project deliveries, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
  • Ensure alignment between project teams and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices to optimize project delivery processes.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.

Perfil buscado

  • 3 to 5 years of experience owning and leading cross-functional project or initiative plans from end to end, including planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of results.
  • Experience working on software development projects and solid familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proven experience managing spreadsheets and budget tracking as a core responsibility.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous goals into clear deliverables, owners, dependencies, and actionable plans, while driving execution through completion.
  • Genuine interest in leveraging AI tools in daily work (Claude is a plus), with a strong affinity for technology and continuous learning.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
