  • Build and scale the Engineering Center in Monterrey, expanding its team, capabilities, and scope.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a growing team of engineering professionals.
  • Partner with multiple U.S. business units to understand their needs and expand engineering support from Mexico.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and position Monterrey as a trusted engineering partner.
  • Establish the structure, processes, KPIs, and operating standards required to support sustainable growth.
  • Own capacity planning, resource allocation, costs, and overall site performance.
  • Ensure high-quality execution across product development and design engineering activities.
  • Ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Perfil buscado

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

  • 10 years in engineering jobs
  • Proven experience in managing & scaling engineering teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to driving innovation and effective operations.
