Descripción

  • Lead end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
  • Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Manage and optimize ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient financial processes.
  • Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CRC is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or financial leadership roles.
  • Experience in education or hospitality sectors is considered a strong plus.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory compliance, including audit processes.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing ERP systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
