  • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Perfil buscado

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree with equivalent technical rigor.
  • Experience for 5+ years in a Director-level position within the medical manufacturing industry.
  • Results oriented professional with demonstrated experience delivering operating results in a team environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
