As part of its continued growth and focus on strategic finance, the organization is expanding its FP&A capabilities in Latin America through the creation of a key regional position.

Descripción

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for LATAM.
  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior commercial leadership.
  • Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Analyze revenue, profitability, margins, and commercial performance.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and regional stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and financial processes.
  • Support optimization and enhancement of FP&A systems and tools.
  • Present financial recommendations and performance updates to leadership teams.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance experience.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Strong business partnering experience with commercial and operational teams.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; exposure to FP&A, BI, or ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience working within multinational and regional organizations.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly analytical mindset.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into business insights.
