Descripción

  • Support pre-sales activities by working closely with Sales teams and prospects to understand client needs and propose fraud and identity solutions
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals tailored to client requirements across multiple industries
  • Provide technical and functional expertise during client meetings, addressing questions and ensuring a strong understanding of the offering
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design and position solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Contribute to revenue growth by supporting consultative sales efforts and strengthening client engagement strategies

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field
  • Advanced English level (professional working proficiency)
  • 5+ years of experience in technology pre-sales, consultative sales, or digital product solution roles
  • Experience in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, public sector, insurance, or retail
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner

Qué Ofrecemos

  • Monthly salary range $80,000-$90,000 MXN + superior benefits
  • Based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model
