  • Oversee and manage the logistics and transport operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the industry.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve effective operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the logistics framework.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to align with the company's financial objectives.

Perfil buscado

A successful General Manager

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Operations Manager, or equivalent executive role with full P&L responsibility.
  • Experience within transportation, freight, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Experience leading medium-sized to large organizations with multiple functional business units.
  • Strong financial expertise, including financial statement analysis, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
  • Demonstrated success in improving business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Experience establishing and managing business KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with shareholders, boards, and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.



Preferred:

  • Knowledge of domestic and cross-border operations.
  • Familiarity with industry certifications such as CTPAT, OEA, ISO, or similar standards.
  • MBA or other postgraduate business education.
