Descripción

  • Manage daily plant operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including personnel and materials, to optimize workflows.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations. (P&L)
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline production schedules and resolve challenges.
  • Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Perfil buscado

  • Proven experience as General Manager / Plant Manager within the electronics manufacturing industry (SMT, PCBA, assembly)
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills for managing plant operations while reporting to HQ in another country.
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Educational qualifications relevant to Engineering or Manufacturing fields.
  • Advanced English level is a must.
  • Experience working with Asians in a manufacturing context is highly desirable
