Descripción

  • Design and implement the end-to-end S&OP process from scratch.
  • Align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain in integrated planning.
  • Develop demand, supply, and capacity plans across short and long-term horizons.
  • Lead S&OP governance forums and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, capacity).
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting operations and service levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process digitalization.
  • Support executive decision-making through integrated and data-driven insights.

Perfil buscado

A successful Gerente de SOP should have:

  • Proven end-to-end S&OP experience within complex industrial environments.
  • Track record of designing and implementing S&OP processes from scratch.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Solid background in demand, supply, and capacity planning.
  • Experience working in manufacturing (preferably metal-mechanical or heavy industry).
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous, transformation-driven environments.
  • Advanced English and familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP preferred).
