Guardar vacante Volver a la búsqueda Descripción Resumen Empleos SimilaresLead multi-country R2R operations across 7 countries.Ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance with accelerated close.Sobre nuestro clienteOur client is a leading global organization with a strong international presence and an established Shared Service Center in Guadalajara.The company operates in a highly dynamic, multi-country environment, providing finance and accounting services across different markets and supporting regional and corporate stakeholders.As part of its continued development, the organization is looking for an experienced GL Manager to strengthen its Record-to-Report leadership structure and ensure operational excellence across multiple countries.DescripciónThe GL Manager will be responsible for leading the Record-to-Report accounting operations across 7 countries, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial processes.Key responsibilities include:Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, with 3 direct reports and approximately 24 indirect reports.Oversee General Ledger and Record-to-Report activities across multiple countries.Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring a 2-day close and reporting on Day 3.Oversee financial reporting, consolidation and reporting packages.Manage accounting operations according to country-specific requirements and ensure adherence to global accounting policies.Drive regional accounting strategies and continuous improvement initiatives across different markets.Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the region and corporate headquarters, including teams in the US, Canada and Brazil.Ensure operational performance, quality and compliance across the Record-to-Report organization.Support process improvement and change management initiatives within the Shared Service Center.Perfil buscadoBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position within accounting, Record-to-Report or General Ledger operations.Proven experience leading multi-country accounting operations.Previous experience within a Shared Service Center is mandatory.Advanced English is mandatory, with proven experience communicating with international stakeholders.Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.Experience managing accelerated month-end close processes and tight reporting deadlines.Solid knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation processes.Experience working with regional and corporate stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with ERP systems.Previous Big 4 experience is a plus.Qué OfrecemosHybrid working model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.Competitive compensation packageContactoPaola RamirezIngresar referencia para vacanteJN-082026-7081621Descripción de la vacanteSectorBanca y servicios financierosSub SectorContabilidad y FinanzasIndustriaBusiness ServicesUbicaciónGuadalajaraTipo de contratoPermanenteNombre del consultorPaola RamirezReferencia de la vacanteJN-082026-7081621
