We are seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead the legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This executive-level role will be responsible for overseeing all legal, corporate governance, compliance, regulatory, labor, commercial, and litigation matters, ensuring a consistent and robust risk management framework throughout the region.

Descripción

  • Serve as the lead legal advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Define and execute the organization's legal and corporate affairs strategy.
  • Oversee all corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder support.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations.
  • Lead contract negotiation and review for strategic commercial agreements.
  • Manage external counsel and optimize legal spend.
  • Mitigate legal and reputational risks through proactive advisory and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee labor and employment legal matters, including dispute prevention and management.
  • Support expansion initiatives, acquisitions, leasing, permits, and real estate transactions.



Perfil buscado

  • Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • 15+ years of progressive legal experience.
  • Significant experience as Head of Legal, Legal Director, General Counsel, or senior legal leader.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or highly regulated organizations.
  • Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, governance, compliance, labor law, and regulatory matters.
  • Proven experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.

Qué Ofrecemos

$150,000 - $180,000 mxn gross monthly + benefits above the law
