You will also have full responsibility for the plant's P&L, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and profitability targets.You will directly lead the Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Finance functions, while also overseeing Assembly, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.Your responsibilities will cover the entire operational flow, from the receipt of materials and components through manufacturing, distribution, and delivery of finished products to the dealer network.Perfil buscadoA successful Head of manufacturing should have:Between 10 and 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with direct experience working for an automotive OEM.At least seven years of experience in leadership positions such as Plant Manager, Plant Director, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, or an equivalent role.Experience leading an end-to-end manufacturing operation, with responsibility for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and support functions.Demonstrated experience in greenfield projects, plant start-ups, production line installation, new product launches, or industrial ramp-up processes.Strong knowledge of high-volume manufacturing, vehicle assembly, production planning, inventory management, and material flow.Direct experience managing P&L, operating budgets, CAPEX, conversion costs, working capital, and plant profitability.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, structured problem-solving, and process standardization.Experience in supplier development, evaluation, and performance management, preferably with exposure to component localization projects.Advanced English proficiency, required to interact with, present results to, and report to international teams and senior leaders.Hands-on leadership style, strong people orientation, effective communication, influencing skills, strategic thinking, operational discipline, integrity, and the ability to build teams and processes from the ground up.Qué OfrecemosCompetitive salary and benefits packageContactoLuis GalindoIngresar referencia para vacanteJN-092026-7115029Descripción de la vacanteSectorIngeniería y manufacturaSub SectorGerente / Director de PlantaIndustriaIndustrial / ManufacturingUbicaciónQuerétaroTipo de contratoPermanenteNombre del consultorLuis GalindoReferencia de la vacanteJN-092026-7115029
