Identify, engage, and contract with brokers across the LATAM region.

Research providers, ecosystems, and regulatory environments across the LATAM region to inform market entry strategy and partner selection.

Perfil buscado

  • 5+ years' experience in employee benefits, pensions, or insurance in Mexico (brokers - not insurance company)
  • Strong understanding of the benefits ecosystem including mandatory statutory benefits.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • A network of contacts and industry knowledge
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through.
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
