  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement and organizational environment initiatives.
  • Oversee internal communications and employer branding efforts.
  • Partner with leadership on people strategy and organizational development.
  • Design and implement on-boarding, training, and development programs.
  • Analyze workforce metrics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead HR process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Perfil buscado

A successful Head of Talent Management should have:

  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition, environment, and People strategies in growing organizations.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to drive business and people objectives.
  • Knowledge of performance management, learning, and talent development practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics and insights.
  • Experience improving and standardizing HR processes and programs.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
