  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management and succession planning.
  • Promote an environment of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead conflict resolution and employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends to senior leadership.

Perfil buscado

A successful HR Leader should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in Mexico.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and processes.
