Descripción

  • Lead the redesign of the engineering architecture, moving from siloed systems to a scalable, modular platform
  • Drive AI transformation across the software development lifecycle, implementing AI frameworks in production
  • Own the engineering organization (~75 people): evaluate, restructure, and strengthen the team
  • Ensure delivery excellence: improve speed, quality, and scalability of the platform
  • Manage external vendors and consulting partners, ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams
  • Establish best practices in DevSecOps, QA automation, change management, and observability
  • Align technology with business needs, working closely with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams
  • Oversee risk, security, and regulatory compliance in a financial services environment

Perfil buscado

  • Background in software development
  • Strong knowledge of architecture, microservices, and best practices
  • Experience leading engineering in payments, fintech, digital banking, or regulated financial infrastructure companies
  • Executive-level conversational English
  • Proven track record transforming engineering organizations of 50+ people
  • Experience implementing AI coding and agents in production
  • Experience with LATAM projects
  • Vendor and consulting firm management
