Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT support or service delivery; leadership experience.
  • Experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, and project management methodologies, supporting manufacturing sites.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, service management, and enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
