Descripción

  • Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to plant leadership and manufacturing operations.
  • Own the financial performance of the site, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Partner with Operations to identify productivity improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Challenge and influence decision-making through financial analysis and business acumen.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with shared services and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support strategic planning, capital investment analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strong financial controls and governance processes.
  • Lead and develop a small finance team.



Perfil buscado



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of progressive Finance experience within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven leadership experience in Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Lead, Cost Accounting Manager, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance roles.
  • Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance management.
  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence operational decision-making.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • SAP experience required; Tableau is a plus.
  • Executive presence and leadership capabilities to operate as a trusted partner to Plant Leadership.
