As part of its growth and transformation strategy, the organization is seeking a maintenance leader capable of driving reliability, efficiency, and modernization initiatives while building strong partnerships across the business.Descripción The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, and maintenance performance across a complex manufacturing facility.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute the overall maintenance strategy for the facility.Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability across production operations.Manage maintenance budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX expenditures.Lead maintenance teams and support their professional development.Drive initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset performance.Oversee maintenance activities for CNC machinery, welding equipment, robotic systems, painting equipment, blasting systems, facilities, and utilities.Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Safety, Finance, and Human Resources teams.Support the implementation of reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead projects focused on automation, energy efficiency, and operational performance.Establish and monitor KPIs related to equipment availability, maintenance compliance, cost control, safety, and utility consumption.Evaluate and implement technologies related to predictive maintenance and data-driven decision making.Promote strong collaboration between maintenance and production teams.Support safety programs and proactively address operational risks.Perfil buscado The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience within manufacturing operations.Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or equivalent leadership position.Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-focused maintenance practices.Proven experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.Strong technical knowledge of CNC equipment, welding systems, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, facilities, utilities, and industrial infrastructure.Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM, RCM, or related methodologies.Demonstrated success leading operational improvement initiatives.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.Experience managing unionized and non-unionized personnel.Advanced English communication skills with the ability to participate in technical and business discussions.Experience within automotive, metal-mechanical, heavy manufacturing, industrial equipment, transportation, or related industries is highly desirable.Qué OfrecemosCompetitive monthly gross salary between MXN $95,000 and $105,000.Comprehensive benefits package above market standards.Savings fund and grocery voucher program.Family medical insurance, dental and vision coverage.Fuel allowance.Relocation support for candidates moving to the region.Opportunity to lead a high-impact maintenance transformation agenda.Significant visibility with senior leadership.Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and digitalization initiatives.Autonomy to drive improvements and influence the future direction of the maintenance organization.Strong work-life balance compared to traditional high-pressure manufacturing environments.ContactoLuciana BorreroIngresar referencia para vacanteJN-072026-7069417Descripción de la vacanteSectorIngeniería y manufacturaSub SectorMantenimientoIndustriaIndustrial / ManufacturingUbicaciónHidalgoTipo de contratoPermanenteNombre del consultorLuciana BorreroReferencia de la vacanteJN-072026-7069417
