  • Previous experience in maintenance positions and application of TPM.
  • Experience leading large teams with at least 5 direct reports (administrative).

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
  • Supervise and lead maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee the repair, installation, and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in engineering or manufacturing within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise in maintenance management and equipment optimization.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and best practices.
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with other departments effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Advanced English.
