  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Ensure proper training and development for maintenance personnel.

Perfil buscado

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
