This role is designed for candidates with strong expertise in credit, risk, lending, and data who can engage senior stakeholders and identify opportunities to help clients improve business performance.

Descripción

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic banking accounts.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Lending, Data, and Business functions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing solutions and introduce new offerings.
  • Take on consultative discussions focused on credit performance, portfolio growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • Navigate complex organizations and build relationships across multiple business units.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Serve as an advisor by bringing industry insights and expertise to client engagements.
  • Be a part of revenue growth through account expansion and strategic account planning.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Risk, Lending, Underwriting, Data, or Financial Services Consulting.
  • Strong know-how of credit lifecycle management, lending, underwriting, and risk practices.
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex business data into practical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience within financial institutions, fintechs, Data organizations, or consulting firms is highly desirable.
