We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing transfers within the electrical manufacturing industry. This role will lead the industrialization and transfer of products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations, ensuring successful launches and stable production ramp-ups.

Descripción

  • Lead end-to-end NPI and product transfer projects from development through production launch.
  • Manage manufacturing transfers, including equipment, tooling, processes, documentation, and technical knowledge.
  • Drive industrialization activities, process validation, line setup, capacity planning, and production readiness.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to ensure flawless launches.
  • Support greenfield projects, facility expansions, and manufacturing footprint transitions.
  • Establish manufacturing standards, scalable processes, and technical best practices.
  • Build and develop high-performing Manufacturing Engineering teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to stabilize and optimize newly launched operations.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience and 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading NPI, manufacturing transfers, site-to-site transfers, or greenfield/start-up projects.
  • Strong knowledge of process validation, PFMEA, control plans, capacity planning, and manufacturing ramp-ups.
  • Experience transferring products and processes into production with minimal disruption.
  • Hands-on leader with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.



Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in the Electrical Equipment, Power Distribution, Energy, or Electromechanical Manufacturing industries.
  • Background in major plant expansions, greenfield facilities, or large-scale manufacturing transfers.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
