Descripción

  • Lead and ensure the accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the cluster.
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information, as well as compliance with corporate policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to established internal controls.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and executive analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) and propose initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Lead, develop, and strengthen finance teams within the assigned operations.
  • Act as a strategic Business Partner to operational leaders to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations across the entities under responsibility.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Controlling (minimum 5 years) across multiple operations
  • Proven experience managing P&L and complex financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in financial ERP systems.
