In this role, you will:Lead and coordinate Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality & Food Safety, and Warehouse operations.Ensure production plans are executed efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and cost objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency.Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including production output, manufacturing costs, scrap reduction, and service levels.Promote Lean Manufacturing, TPM, process standardization, and operational discipline across the plant.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and company safety standards.Support inventory optimization and warehouse management to ensure uninterrupted operations.Lead and develop multidisciplinary management teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Act as the primary operational authority within the plant and support strategic business initiatives alongside senior leadership.Perfil buscadoAs an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing plant operations and driving organizational performance.
