The Enterprise Applications Specialist will serve as the primary IT partner for Supply Chain operations, supporting Oracle Fusion modules across inventory, order management, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and distribution processes. The role combines application support, troubleshooting, ERP enhancements, user engagement, testing, and process optimization to ensure efficient business operations

Descripción

  • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and related business processes.
  • Support Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Shipping, Receiving, Fulfillment, and distribution master data processes.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and resolve service tickets related to Oracle Supply Chain functionality.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and system improvements.
  • Participate in testing, process documentation, training activities, and ERP enhancement projects.
  • Support inventory costing, cost accounting, item costing, inventory valuation, and costing transactions.
  • Troubleshoot and support EDI integrations utilizing ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, trading partners, and remote ERP specialists throughout the project lifecycle.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain or Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules.
  • Hands-on expertise in Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving, and Cost Management.
  • Strong experience with inventory costing, cost accounting, item costing, inventory valuation, and costing transactions.
  • Experience supporting EDI integrations and transaction sets such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, and 997.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
