The role serves as a strategic business partner to operations while supporting corporate stakeholders through financial analysis, business insights, and performance improvement initiatives.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Ciudad Juárez. The organization is seeking a strategic finance leader to strengthen financial performance, support operational decision-making, and ensure compliance across the business.

Descripción

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and business performance metrics.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, compliance processes, and financial procedures.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive cost optimization, inventory performance, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and working capital performance.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, driving accountability.

Perfil buscado

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Plant Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Finance Manager within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in plant finance, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican GAAP reporting standards.
  • Experience partnering with manufacturing operations to drive business performance and profitability initiatives.
  • Advanced English communication skills with experience supporting multinational stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop finance and accounting teams.
  • Hands-on professional with strong analytical, communication, influence, and problem-solving skills
  • Must currently reside in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, or be willing to relocate.
