Descripción

  • Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve organizational goals.

Perfil buscado

A successful Plant Manager should have:Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager or similar roles.
  • Experience leading manufacturing operations within a maquiladora environment.
  • Strong background in plastic injection molding or comparable manufacturing operations.
  • Experience managing budgets, costs, and overall plant performance.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, TPM, OEE, and operational management systems.



Preferred

  • Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Experience implementing structure, planning, and performance management systems.
  • Valid visa and passport.
  • Availability to relocate.
