Descripción

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
  • Manage PCQI for Food export to the US.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulations.
  • Lead quality audits and manage corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the quality team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee supplier quality management and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within the facility.

Perfil buscado

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Advanced English Level.
  • Proven expertise in quality management, particularly within the Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in manufacturing (BRC, FSSC 22000, SQF).
  • PCQI Certified.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality metrics and drive improvements.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing quality teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
