Descripción

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead internal and external audits to maintain certifications and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and support staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
  • Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

Perfil buscado

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance standards.
  • Experience in managing quality assurance processes within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to lead audits and implement corrective actions effectively.
