Descripción

  • Develop and deliver regional sales plans that support revenue targets and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and key business contacts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and turn market demand into sales actions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities and maintain accurate commercial updates.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms and follow agreements through to closure.
  • Review regional market activity, customer needs and competitor information to guide sales plans.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate product availability, quotations and customer requirements.
  • Report regional sales performance and key account activity to support business decisions.

Perfil buscado

A successful Regional Business Manager-Mexico - Awp should have:

  • Strong capability in regional sales management and business development.
  • Proven experience working with AWP (Aerial Work Platform) equipment and a strong understanding of the product, market, and distribution channels.
  • Experience building and managing customer and distributor relationships.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Confidence preparing proposals and managing commercial negotiations.
  • English Proficiency
  • Ability to review sales data and market information to guide practical actions.
