This role will be responsible for enhancing financing penetration, dealer funding capabilities, and insurance program performance while acting as a key liaison between commercial and financial stakeholders.

Descripción

  • Develop and execute retail finance strategies to increase financing penetration and support overall sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, finance companies, and insurance partners.
  • Drive dealer participation in financing, inventory funding, and insurance programs.
  • Support dealers in securing adequate working capital and expanding funding facilities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, financing KPIs, and program effectiveness.
  • Act as the key liaison between dealers and financial partners to resolve operational and commercial issues.
  • Deliver training programs to dealer principals and dealership teams on financing and insurance solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities to improve customer financing offerings.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business reviews for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial, aftersales, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), automotive finance, or related sectors.
  • Strong experience managing relationships with financial institutions, insurers, or commercial partners.
  • Exposure to retail finance, dealer financing, inventory funding, or commercial lending programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret financial and commercial data.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
