The position requires a strong balance of operational execution, financial oversight, customer relationship management, and team leadership to ensure portfolio objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.Manage tenant relationships and customer satisfaction.Develop strategies to optimize portfolio performance and value.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Conduct routine property inspections and corrective actions.Monitor portfolio budgets and financial performance.Oversee service agreements and capital projects.Analyze market and economic conditions affecting the portfolio.Support and develop a team of Property Managers.Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer engagement.Perfil buscadoWe are looking for a property management professional with strong operational, financial, and customer-facing experience.
