As a Site General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing terminal operations and driving business performance. In this role, you will:

  • Manage the overall operation of the terminal, including rail, warehouse, distribution, and bulk material handling activities.
  • Ensure service level compliance and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance initiatives.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget management, cost control, and P&L accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and terminal performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and support business growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop operational teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with corporate functions such as finance, procurement, and accounting.
  • Promote a environment focused on collaboration, communication, respect, and operational excellence.

Perfil buscado



As a Site General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing terminal operations and driving business performance. In this role, the successful candidate will:

  • Bring proven experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or terminal operations.
  • Demonstrate solid experience managing business units with P&L responsibility.
  • Apply strong knowledge of operational performance, cost management, and productivity improvement.
  • Possess the ability to balance operational execution with strategic business decision-making.
  • Demonstrate transformational leadership and a proven track record developing large operational teams.
  • Exhibit strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have experience implementing cultural transformation, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Bring advanced English communication skills for interaction with U.S.-based customers.
  • Possess knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
