  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development processes.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement activities effectively.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovations.
  • Resolve supply chain issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

Perfil buscado

A successful Sourcing & Development Engineer/Manager should have:

  • Educational background in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and supplier management within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
