Descripción

  • Lead and manage SAP functional, technical, and application support teams, ensuring strong delivery and performance.
  • Own IT service delivery and system stability for manufacturing and supply chain systems across Mexico operations.
  • Drive large-scale SAP implementations and enhancements, including multi-site and multi-country deployments.
  • Ensure integration of SAP with third-party applications supporting end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Oversee both daily operations (support, incidents, SLAs) and project delivery (build) activities.
  • Partner with manufacturing leaders to identify process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Manage global coordination across internal teams, external partners, and system integrators.
  • Ensure governance, risk management, compliance (e.g., GxP), and continuous improvement practices.
  • Provide hands-on guidance in solution design and implementation when needed.

Perfil buscado

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (Computer Science, Information Systems), with 10-15+ years of experience in IT and strong progression into leadership roles (IT Manager / Sr. Manager).
  • SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP in manufacturing and supply chain environments, including end-to-end implementations, integrations, and solution design across multiple processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams (functional, technical, and support), including experience managing distributed and offshore resources.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of production, planning, logistics, and supply chain operations within manufacturing industries.
  • Delivery & Operations Management: Experience managing both large IT programs (SAP implementations) and day-to-day operations (support, SLAs, KPIs, incident management).
  • Strategic & Business Acumen: Ability to align IT with business goals, driving process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Technical Breadth (Preferred): Exposure to SAP BASIS, Security, and change management processes, plus integration with third-party systems.
  • Global Mindset & Communication: Strong English communication skills and experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • On-site Availability: Willingness and availability to work on-site in Mexicali.



Ideal profile: A senior IT leader with a balanced mix of SAP expertise, manufacturing domain knowledge, global leadership experience, and the ability to drive both strategy and execution.
