Descripción

  • Own and execute CRM campaigns through Braze across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain customer journeys and automated lifecycle programs.
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications using customer data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to launch new initiatives.
  • Implement A/B tests and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure best practices in CRM operations, deliverability, and campaign execution.
  • Support Braze integrations, data flows, and platform enhancements.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track CRM KPIs.
  • Act as the internal Braze subject matter expert and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Perfil buscado

  • Proven hands-on experience with Braze, including campaign execution, customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong background in CRM, retention, or customer engagement marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and drive optimization initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qué Ofrecemos

  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary from $70,000-80,000mxn
