Descripción

  • Serve as the technical expert for CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and related applications).
  • Partner with customers to solve complex technical challenges and optimize product performance.
  • Lead product trials, proof-of-concept activities, and technical validations.
  • Support successful commercialization of innovative products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management to accelerate business growth.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training to customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
  • Interpret laboratory and field test results to drive data-based recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer adoption journey.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Travel internationally to support customers, business development, and technical projects.



Perfil buscado

A successful Sr. Expert Technical Service should have:

  • Strong technical expertise in industrial and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in consultancy, strategy, and change management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing operational workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
