You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex thermal challenges, drive innovation, and translate technical expertise into impactful business and customer outcomes.

  • Lead the development and optimization of water-cooled chiller systems for data center applications.
  • Perform thermal modelling, engineering analysis, and system performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Product teams on strategic projects.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in thermal management solutions.
  • Support technical decision-making by balancing performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability.

Perfil buscado

A successful Staff Mechanical Engineer should have:

  • Strong knowledge of thermal systems
  • Academic background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and design tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English
