As a Director of Strategic Planning and Projects, you will play a key role in driving strategic alignment and organizational transformation. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the corporate PMO and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive business transformation projects focused on automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPI frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and track business performance.
  • Support expansion initiatives, including new operational facilities and international growth projects.

As a Director of Strategic Planning and Projects, you will play a key role in driving strategic alignment and organizational transformation. In this role, you will:

  • Bring proven experience in strategic planning, PMO leadership, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Possess experience within logistics, transportation, manufacturing, supply chain, or other operationally intensive industries.
  • Apply expertise in performance management, KPI development, process improvement, and change management.
  • Exhibit excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at the leadership level.
