We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, S&OP processes, and manufacturing operations. Descripción

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in leading planning, logistics, and inventory management activities while driving operational excellence across the organization. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of S&OP and integrated business planning processes.
  • Manage demand planning, production planning, and procurement activities to ensure operational continuity.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution operations.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as OTIF, Fill Rate, DOH, and other supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and production teams to align business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain constraints, capacity challenges, and critical sourcing issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary supply chain teams within a manufacturing environment.

Perfil buscado

The succesfull Supply Chain Manager, will play a key role in leading supply chain operations and driving business performance. This person will:

  • Bring proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Possess solid knowledge of demand planning, production planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Have experience monitoring and improving supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, Fill Rate, and DOH.
  • Apply strong leadership skills to manage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented management style with frequent engagement on the production floor.
  • Possess experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or equivalent platforms.
  • Bring knowledge of international logistics, imports, exports, customs, and foreign trade operations.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
