Descripción

  • Manage and oversee all tax compliance processes and filings in accordance with local and international regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely updates to internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on tax-related matters.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy in tax reporting and documentation.
  • Liaise with external tax authorities and consultants to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
  • Lead and mentor the tax team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.

Perfil buscado

A successful Tax Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements in Mexico.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
