  • Leads high-level technical conversations across engineering, QA, product, and project teams
  • Drives modernization of legacy systems and enterprise platforms
  • Enables transformation by effectively delegation and developing talent
  • Promotes pragmatic adoption of AI within software development to generate business value
  • Leads a team of approximately 80 professionals across IT and product development



Perfil buscado

  • Strong background in Software Engineering, ideally in SaaS or automotive environments
  • Proven track record leading complex, large-scale technology transformations
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications and architectures
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-scale data and database environments
  • Practical exposure to AI in software development (hands-on, not theoretical)
  • Strategic leadership mindset (not operational/firefighting)
