  • Define and guide market-development strategies that strengthen company relevance and support scalable growth across fintech, insurtech, and other emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Provide industry expertise, strategic narratives, and market perspectives that support go-to-market planning and priority client conversations.
  • Quality and relevance of market intelligence and strategic recommendations used to inform priorities and go-to-market decisions.
  • Contribution to commercial outcomes through market activation, ecosystem engagement, client insight, and solution-commercialization support.

Perfil buscado

  • Proven Expertise: 12+ years of experience in market development, strategy, go-to-market, consulting, product, commercialization, or related roles within fintech, insurtech, technology, data-driven, or adjacent industries.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mexican fintech ecosystem, with strong familiarity across insurtech and other emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Strategic and Systems Thinking: Strong ability to connect market trends, ecosystem dynamics, client needs, capabilities, and business priorities; translate complexity into coherent strategies and practical action.
    Influence and Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to lead through influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Executive Presence: Credibility and confidence engaging senior decision-makers, ecosystem players and partners, associations, and external audiences.
  • English advanced
