We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Materials Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and uninterrupted support to production operations.

Descripción

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material distribution, and inventory control.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate material availability to support production and operational requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to inventory management, warehouse productivity, and service levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost reduction, and process standardization.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and compliance with established procedures and systems.
  • Develop and coach supervisors and warehouse personnel to build a high-performing organization.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment while promoting operational discipline and accountability.
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation in response to changing business demands

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse, materials, or inventory management functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing practices, and material flow processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing supervisors and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills.



Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
  • Exposure to materials management, kitting, inventory control, and production support activities.
  • Experience driving organizational growth, process improvements, or operational transformations.
