  • Build, document, and maintain workflows and repeatable processes that support search visibility, content discovery, and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Work hands-on with data structures, APIs, databases, and basic automation to support marketing and search-related systems.
  • Own operational components of search and data pipelines, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and well-documented.
  • Identify technical or data-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement structured improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and adjacent technical teams to translate business goals into clear, executable technical workflows.
  • Develop strong documentation, standards, and operational foundations that enable future growth into more advanced technical SEO and AI search infrastructure responsibilities.

Perfil buscado

A successful AI Search & Data Lead should have:

  • Background in process engineering, operations, data engineering, analytics engineering, or applied data roles.
  • Proven experience creating documentation, workflows, and repeatable processes in complex technical or software environments.
  • Strong technical and analytical foundation, with hands-on experience working with data structures, systems, APIs, databases, and basic automation.
  • Very advanced or near-native English, required for technical collaboration and cross-functional communication.
  • Based in Monterrey, with availability for in-office collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and learning new technical domains.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, organized, and ownership-driven mindset.
