The Costing Manager will shape the cost strategy of the business by modernizing cost structures, enhancing financial visibility, and driving data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of costing models aligned with operational realities
  • Translate complex cost data into clear insights for leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Partner with operations to understand production behaviors and identify profitability levers
  • Strengthen cost governance by establishing clear methodologies, controls, and reporting standards
  • Ensure accurate valuation of materials and inventory through consistent processes and monitoring
  • Build forecasting scenarios to support budgeting, investment planning, and efficiency initiatives
  • Identify discrepancies or cost drivers and propose corrective or preventive actions
  • Support internal/external audits by providing high‑quality cost information and documentation
  • Guide analysts in best practices and drive cost‑focused capability development within the team



Perfil buscado

We're looking for someone with a strong financial foundation and the ability to influence operations through clear, actionable cost insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • Proven experience leading or supporting costing activities in manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Strong command of ERP tools and confidence working with large datasets
  • Ability to translate financial data into operational recommendations
  • Natural collaborator who can build relationships and influence non‑finance stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing day‑to‑day analysis with long‑term strategic thinking
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing several priorities simultaneously



Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms
  • Understanding of lean practices or continuous improvement frameworks
  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
