  • Lead and manage the cost accounting processes to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and review cost reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory valuation and cost variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on cost analysis to management.
  • Train and mentor the cost accounting team to enhance performance.

Perfil buscado

A successful Cost Accounting Manager should have:
